Delivery Process Shopping online can be an intimidating process for some or just plain confusing for others. If you have ever purchased anything online from a website that did not have a clear and simple delivery process, then you probably know the frustrations.

Here at our site we appreciate your business and we want you to understand our shipping process prior to placing an order so you can know when to expect your parcel.

Processing - Charged - Shipped

Processing - Once you have made a payment with your credit card, your order is placed in Pending Status. Someone from our website will review your order and verify that your credit card information is valid and that the shipping address you provided matches the address that the credit card statements are sent to. Once your order has been verified by someone at our site your order will be elevated to the next status and prepare the package for the shipment.

Charged - We have processed and sent it to the warehouse for shipping. The warehouse then replies to us with the tracking information and once we receive that we will update the status of your order to "Shipped".

Shipped - At this point your order has been shipped and you have been provided with a tracking number.

Other Possible Statuses: Canceled - If your order status is "canceled" this is because we were unable to verify your payment. Or you've made a request for cancellation prior the shipment. We accept cancelling order within receiving your payment 24 hours. Others, the client is responsible for everything.

Return & Exchange

Returns or exchanges are permitted, provided the customer purchased the product through our website and it is within 30 days of the original invoice date.Once we receive your return, please allow 3 to 5 business days to complete your return or exchange.

Please send us an email to specify the reason for his return as a first step, our support staff will provide you with the shipping address. Take care when unpacking and repacking of your products. Please attach a sheet of paper includes the following information:

2. Order number

3. Clarify the reason for the return of the element
